We manufacture lightweight structural sandwich panels using combinations of aluminum, carbon or glass fiber skins with lightweight, rigid honeycomb or foam core.

We also have the ability to produce panels specific to individual customer requirements including edge frame and insert fixings.

Cellite Performance Panels
The Cellite Panel is comprised of a lightweight rigid core sandwiched between aluminum, glass or carbon fiber skins. A variety of core materials can be used, including Kevlar, Nomex, Aluminum, or Ultem Foam. Core and skin configurations can be made to meet specific performance requirements in any thickness. We can offer guidance in the selection of materials to provide the optimum panel for your application.

Gusset Panels
We laminate custom solid gusset panels of carbon or glass fiber with high temperature capability. These panels are typically cut to desired shape and then used to support large tools or parts during layup and cure.
