WB 0700
TOOLING BOARD
WB 0700 offers an outstanding machined surface finish, generated with low odour and chippings rather than dust. Feature properties are low linear CTE exceptional heat distortion temperature.
EC85 EPOXY
SURFACE COAT
EC85 has been developed to provide the best interface between Epoxy Tooling blocks and Epoxy Tooling Prepregs. Exclusively sold by Amber Composites specifically for HX42 & HX50 Epoxy Tooling Prepregs and WB0700 Epoxy Tooling Block, EC85 provides a hard high gloss surface to the tooling block allowing moulds with the “Ultimate” surface finish to be produced.
EF80 EPOXY
FILLER PAINT
EF80 has been produced as aid to tooling applications where difficult tooling block substrates have to be used. EF80 helps to seal block porosity and provides an excellent key for final application of EC85 Epoxy Surface Coat.

BONDING ADHESIVE
Specifically developed to be used in conjunction with WB-0700 Epoxy Tooling Boards. Designed closely to match the properties of the tooling block when used as a bonding agent.

Colour matched and designed to bond and repair small defects in WB0700. With a heat resistance of up to 120°C the filler is resistant to solvent attack and can be easily sanded and painted.
